When I started helping people with anxiety, I never thought it would turn into something so deep, so personal, and so fulfilling.

Here’s my detailed view👇

Overthinking is a common trait in those of us battling anxiety.

It’s like having a mind that’s constantly on, analyzing all possibilities and worst-case scenarios, making it hard to focus on the here and now.

This mental state can make simple interactions with my family feel like additional stressors, rather than moments of connection.
