I’m Zinaida - a holistic therapist offering bespoke Full body Deep Relaxation sessions, Deep Face relaxation sessions with Jade rollers and brushes, Energy vibration massage with bamboo brushes, Usui Reiki and other Holistic treatments.

Following the arrival of our twins on the 30ith week of pregnancy and some very tough first 7 months I found myself in a state of light depression, frustration, not knowing where I was ‘going’ to and how I could help my soul, my mind and my body. It was then when I found an amazing Reiki Master Teacher who helped me a lot. I realized that alternative therapies have a huge role to play and started the ball rolling: over the course of 2,5 years I became an Usui Reiki Master Teacher myself. In 2015 visiting my family in Russia I met my ‘to be’ teacher at the first Russian School of Relaxology and over the next four years I got qualified in Neuro Relaxation (Deep Healing Relaxation), Thai Bodywork (Lazy Yoga), Relaxation with oil, Deep Face relaxation with jade/rose quartz rollers and brushes. Just after arriving to UK in 2017 I took courses in Indian Head Massage and Thai Foot & Hand Massage. As a therapist I work from a place of an open heart, compassion, acceptance and presence to allow the client to relax and let go of the stress.

Deep Relaxation sessions are a great way to bring you back to yourself, your body, the present moment, to attune to what’s going on within and connect to your true self.

Any treatment will make you feel relaxed and ‘floating on air’
