There is one more Monday in the current 6-week block of classes and the new block begins on Monday 16th February. This will be a 5 week block of classes ending on Monday 16th March. The class will be suitable for you from 16+ weeks of pregnancy with your first, second or subsequent baby. Yoga in pregnancy can help to tone and strengthen the key muscles needed in pregnancy and birth, particularly in the back, abdomen and pelvic floor.
