Our new 6 week block started on Monday 30th March from 7pm to 8.30pm. It is suitable for women from 16+ weeks expecting first, second or subsequent babies. Yoga in pregnancy can help to strengthen and support key muscle groups, particularly in the abdomen, back and pelvic floor. The breathing practices can support increased oxygen flow and aid relaxation.
