Firstly, HNY to all of you!
I must say 2026 hasn’t got off to the best start. Due to a power fault by Scottish power, 20 homes in my grid have lost power. My particular situation caused melting of a circuit which needs rewired. There has been no power for 5 days now so phones are not working and of course the clinic is closed. Hopefully, they will get me safely back on line tomorrow. or the next day. Very sorry for the confusion with phone being ‘dead’ as that is not helpful I know. Stay warm and see you all very soon.

Just a quick note to update you of the latest here at BCC. Sadly, Pamela has decided to retired but after 13 years together she has earned the break from me. Lynn is now working full time which is M-W from 10-7pm.
Starting my 14th year at 150 Appin Crescent who would have thought I would have managed to treat all of you by myself.
Very proud of the commitment we all have made at Baxter Chiropractic Clinic over the years to help 1000s of you to get out of pain and live healthier lives. I still take new patients but by referral only. I hope to continue on for years to come but for now we take life one day at a time.

I will be open tomorrow the 19th of September out of respect for our late Queen. Elizabeth II’s greatest achievement was the longevity in which she ruled. Her sense of duty was her single greatest attribute for me. Some of you would understand if I cancelled but there are more than a few who have recently started their care and really need to have their treatments as scheduled. I’m happy to be there as scheduled and if any of you decide not to make your appointment that’s fine, I understand. Just leave voice mail and I’ll open the slot to someone else. As it stands, I’m full tomorrow and Tuesday then on end of summer leave until 3/10/22.

Well it finally has caught up with me.. tested positive for Covid Friday but not feeling too rough thankfully 🙏
BCC will follow Scotland’s protocol and thus I will isolate through Wednesday next week, meaning the clinic will reopen on Monday the 20th of June.

As some of you know, this past Wednesday while adjusting a patient I hurt my back and immediately had to suspend treating patients for the remainder of the day.. I apologise to the 18 of you who I had to reschedule. First time I’ve injured myself treating a patient, where I could not go on, since graduating in 1993.. guess my luck ran out 🙃
Of course, with only working M-W now, I have been able to treat myself and recover. I’m pleased to say I will be back 💯 come Monday morning. Again, I do apologise to those whom I had to reschedule.

hello all
the sale of my clinic/ home has been called off and I’m staying put!
can’t say i’m sorry as moving is never fun. so everything remains the same.
clinic is starting back full time on the 28th of Feb and booking into mid March at the moment.
wish me luck in finding suitable chiropractor to come and give me a hand..
here’s to many more years at Baxter Chiropractic Clinic.

i’m putting my house on the market and moving clinic to duloch leisure center commencing 28/02/22.
i will continue to practice for years to come and with help from an associate or two we can get dumfermline BACK to health..

hello everyone
it was nearly one year ago that our team here came back to work full time. i had been working alone
since original lock down.
it’s has been different and at times quite challenging but we have persevered.
we continue with the same PPE / sanitising and social distancing as when we started after original lockdown.
i trust you are all well and still coping roughly 18 months since this began.
i want to bring to your attention that Appin Crescent carriageway will be undergoing resurfacing starting monday the 26th and there will be a one way system ( west to east ) all week. i suggest coming down town hill road and parking in leys road car park if you usually come in from the east ( eastend park side of us ).
most importantly please leave more time for your appointment next week as delays will be a certainty.
