Ernie had a full smile makeover. He decided to have this done after a lot of thought and a desire to have a smile similar to that of his younger years. He showed me some old photographs to help guide the design. For the treatment I utilised tooth whitening initially and digital smile design (DSD). Then I carried out composite bonding for both aesthetics and for oral rehabilitation. He said 'I thought I was stuck with how my teeth looked due to my age but now I realise that I didn't have to do that at all'. A beautiful smile is available for everyone 😁.

Carried out as follows:

First stage was review and reinforcement of good oral hygiene practices.

Tooth whitening followed by removal and restoration of old fillings.

A trial smile was then used so our patient can try out their new smile temporarily on their teeth before any further treatment.

I then placed 10 composite bonding veneers with the help of precision digital smile design technology.

Finally a routine review to ensure good oral hygiene habits are being maintained.

Patient is thrilled with the results.
