A wee reminder for today…

If you keep putting everyone else first, you’ll always end up somewhere down the line, tired, frustrated, and wondering where your own happiness went.

It’s not selfish to put yourself first sometimes. In fact, it’s healthy. You can’t pour from an empty cup.

So today, choose you.
Say no if you need to.
Rest if you’re tired.
Do something that makes you smile, even if it’s just five quiet minutes with a cuppa. ☕️

You matter just as much as everyone else does ....never forget that!🪶

Life is tough, and being human already comes with enough challenges. The last thing any of us needs is judgement. At NEST, we choose compassion, kindness, and support.

Together, we can create a space where women feel valued, accepted, and understood, a reminder that we are stronger when we lift each other up, not tear each other down. 🪶

A Gentle Reminder

I'll be honest - this past week has tested me. A few encounters with rudeness and sharp words have left me feeling drained, and it’s reminded me just how important kindness really is.

Politeness, manners, even a simple smile… they cost nothing at all, but they can change everything for someone who’s struggling. The truth is, we never REALLY know what someone else is carrying, and the tiniest bit of gentleness could be the thing that helps them hold on.

Here in NEST, I hope we can all remind each other that kindness is powerful. It lifts, it softens, it heals.

So today, if you can, offer a smile, a kind word, a bit of patience. You never know whose day you might brighten. 🪶

age and demographic. It is estimated that one persons
life is lost every 40 seconds! We hope today and
everyday we can help be part of a wordwide community
to help "Change the narrative" and encourage everyone
to start the conversation.

We urge you, if something doesn't feel right, trust your instincts and strike up even the smallest of conversations, it may save someone.

"Progress isn’t loud, sometimes it whispers.”

…Well, in that case, my progress must be miming in the corner because I can’t hear a thing.

Truth is, most of us don’t get confetti cannons when we manage to eat a meal, make it through the day without crying in the loo, or finally send that awkward email we’ve been avoiding for 3 weeks. (Though honestly, we deserve one.)

At NEST, we celebrate the quiet wins, the ones nobody sees but mean everything. Your whisper of progress is still progress.

At NEST, you don’t need to wear the mask. You don’t have to explain yourself or shrink your feelings into neat little boxes. Here, you get to be real - raw, messy, emotional, honest.
