Since early 2017 I have been working with MND Scotland with their Complementary Therapy Programme as part of my business.

It is such a heart-warming, emotional and at times heart-breaking experience. I provide treatments to help reduce the impact the symptoms cause to people affected by Motor Neurone Disease, my goal is always to provide comfort to the client.

It is not something I share because I feel it is very personal but I realise by not sharing I am not allowing others to help the cause. Like any charity, MND Scotland rely on donations to help those they care for and if you would like to support them please visit their website to see how.

This month myself and Mary supported the well-being event which was arranged with the support of Kelly Ewen and Flexi Business Support.

The Hilton team enjoyed all their mini treatments and left refreshed and relaxed. We have heard the event has created quiet the buzz on LinkedIn too!

It is too easy to not look after your health and well-being but it is the one thing we all need the most...take care of you first and always! 🥇💆‍♀️💆‍♂️🥇

As part of “Healthy Living Month” at the hotel, the staff were treated to mini massages and facials from the fabulous Louise Weir Therapies and are now ready to welcome everyone fully refreshed! ✨

This month I have been asked to support an in-house wellbeing event at the North Queensferry DoubleTree by Hilton. I will be offering a range of mini treatments which include facials, Thai hand, neck and shoulder massages for their employees. 💆‍♀️🤲
