My weekly Yoga & Pilates classes in Dunfermline are beginner-friendly, welcoming, and designed to help you:
• move your body without pressure
• release stress and tightness
• build strength and space
• and leave feeling calmer than when you arrived

✨ You don’t need to bring a thing – mats & props are all provided.

ONE 🤍

Today marks one full year of teaching full-time and being self-employed.

A year ago, I hoped this would work.
I dreamed it would.
But if I’m honest, I wasn’t totally sure it could.

And yet — here we are ☺️

This past year has allowed me to do work that genuinely matters to me. I’ve shared yoga with more people than I ever imagined, welcomed Pilates into the mix, met new faces, built routines, and watched a community quietly grow — mat by mat, week by week.

Yoga means to yoke/unite. For me it resonates as union. And while that can mean many things — breath and body, movement and stillness — the meaning that speaks loudest to me is community. The familiar faces. The new ones. The quiet comfort of sharing space together. The kindness, safety, and sense of belonging that shows up every time we step onto the mat.

I feel incredibly privileged to teach. No matter what’s going on in my own life, teaching always feels like a gift.

Thank you to every single person who has ever rolled out a mat with me — whether once or every week. You’ve made this first year what it is 🙏🏼

Hello 2026 ✨

A new year, a fresh page, and so much possibility ahead.

I’m heading into this year feeling quietly excited — curious about what it might bring, open to trying new things, and grateful for the space to grow, learn and evolve (on and off the mat).

To those who’ve been practising with me already — thank you. It will be such a joy to welcome you back into the room when classes recommence, and I can’t wait to see familiar faces, shared smiles, and those little moments of calm we create together.

And if you’re new here, or have been hovering quietly in the background — you are so welcome. New classes, new opportunities, and plenty of space for beginners, returners, and anyone craving a little more movement, rest, and “me time” this year.

Mostly, I hope 2026 is kind to you.

Kind to your body, your nervous system, your energy, and your heart.

That’s a wrap on classes for 2025 💛

So much gratitude as I close the door on my final classes of the year. Thank you for sharing your mat time with me — it has been a joy and a privilege to teach you all, and I’ve loved every moment of guiding you through your practice.

This year also marked my first year of being fully self-employed, and I truly can’t express how much your support has meant to me. Showing up, booking in, spreading the word — none of it goes unnoticed or unappreciated.

If you celebrate Christmas, I hope it’s a beautiful one. If you don’t, I wish you peace during this season. Whether you’re resting or working through, may there be a little calm and softness wherever you can find it.

✨ Classes return Monday 5th January, beginning with my new 6pm Monday night Pilates class — and I can’t wait to get started ✨

I took this little time-lapse after class tonight under the December full moon.

A body I didn’t feel comfortable in.
A mind that had been too loud all day.
But also… a heart that still wanted to move.

I spend far too much time thinking about my body shape.

Too fat. Not fit. Not “yogic enough”.

And I forget — again and again — that my body is the vessel my soul lives in.

That my worth isn’t tied to a scale or a measuring tape.

That my external shape doesn’t tell the story of everything I carry inside.

Tonight, even though I wasn’t really feeling it:

✨ My body moved
✨ My breath flowed
✨ My love for teaching still shone through

Maybe you need that reminder too —
your body does not need to look a certain way to be worthy of movement, rest, or respect.
Be gentle with yourselves.

December always brings a little extra sparkle and a little extra chaos — so here’s your festive class update✨

Classes will run up to — and including — Saturday 20th December. I’ll then be taking a short break and returning on Monday 5th January with the brand-new Monday Night Pilates class at 6pm.

A little reminder for my monthly subscribers:
You can absolutely use your remaining classes by booking ahead into January — the diary is already open and ready for you. If you’re worried about not being able to use all four classes in your current cycle, or something isn’t letting you book in, please just let me know. No one will lose out — I’m always happy to roll one class forward or refund a single class if December’s reduced timetable makes things tricky.

If you practise with me at other venues (like Bannatyne’s, PF10, LEM Fitness or InspireFit), please check their own festive timetables for any schedule changes, as each gym manages its holiday hours differently.

And amongst all the rushing, wrapping, and winter madness — remember you’re allowed to breathe, pause, and look after you. Your mat is always waiting💛

✨ Peace & Goodwill — your December sanctuary awaits… ✨

My last Coorie Yoga Supper Evening was everything I dreamed it would be — soft lights, deep rest, flavoursome veggie food crafted by the incredible Javi, gentle restorative yoga, and the most warm, welcoming group of humans.

And now… the festive edition is coming on Friday 12th December — and there are only THREE spaces left.

If December feels a bit… much… this is your little pocket of calm — a gift to yourself.

An evening of rest, warmth, and connection held in the cosy setting ☺️

Herbal peppermint tea on arrival.Shoes off, jacket down, exhale.

You’ll start with a fully-supported restorative yoga class (all props provided), designed to help you slow down, soften, calm your nervous system, and ease stiff, winter-weary muscles.

Then we wander next door for a nourishing vegetarian supper buffet (all made fresh for us, and absolutely delicious — trust me). Relaxed conversation, gentle lighting, space to just… be.

We already have a beautiful mix of guests coming along — all friendly, all warm, all ready for a cosy festive evening together.
