When a client cancels at the last minute or doesn’t show up, it’s not just an empty spot in my diary — it’s unpaid time I’ve set aside just for you.

Think about it this way: if you went to work, sat at your desk, and then your boss told you, “Sorry, we’re not paying you today”, how would that feel? That’s exactly what happens to me when I don’t have enough notice to refill your slot.

This isn’t just my passion, it’s also my livelihood. Every appointment is time, product, and preparation. Respecting cancellation policies isn’t about being harsh — it’s about valuing the time, skill, and commitment that goes into giving you a good quality and professional treatment.

Please remember: if you can’t make it, let me know with as much notice as possible. It keeps things fair, and it helps me keep offering the best service to all my clients.

Beautiful Lash Lift results for this lovely client this afternoon.

💥 Its like a perm for your lashes. Like old-school perms from the '80s, lash lifts set the shape of your natural lashes using a chemical solution. A lift is essentially what your lash would be doing with a really good mechanical curler, so giving a nice shape upward and a realistic curl.

Unlike a lash extension, a lash lift simply alters the shape and colour of your natural lashes. The treatment involves boosting and lifting lashes, before tinting them for thicker, darker, longer looking lashes which lasts up to 6 weeks.
