As a local to the dungannon area what a pleasure it was to be invited to do some sweeps and cctv camera inspections at parkanaur today. What a building!!!! Class A listed and it's not hard to see why.

Some insurance providers require proof of regular chimney sweeping as part of their policy conditions and especially if/when making a claim.

LANDLORDS.

Landlords are generally responsible for the maintenance of their home and sweeping of their rental properties.
Any maintenance expenses can be offset against your tax bill including chimney sweeping.

The birds have been busy this year!!!
Ive had a high volume of calls over the last few months about removing nests.
This is why I don't remove birds nests between the months of march to August.
If someone removes a active nest for you it is also illegal so unless the nest is empty it's better to wait until September to be sure.
