Tryka 2025 you did not disappoint! What a day!!
Although coming down with a chest infection in race week was far from ideal but we made it to the finish line!

When sold how good the .fit event would be to me back in May and good old FOMO kicked in, I couldn’t have imagined just how brutally good a day it would be.

Brutal cos the workout is mental - really shouldn’t have been in Zone 5 for 85% of the event (I’m blaming that on the chest infection 🙈). But that buzz crossing the finish line with my partner in crime - nothing can beat that.

The last race I took part in was a 5 mile road race back in 2018 before I had my oldest boy. And to say any form of consistent exercise went out the window from that to April this year is to say the least.

There is nothing that can clear the head or that could make me believe in myself again more than feeling myself get stronger and fitter with each weeks training.

Here’s to new goals for 2026 and pushing to keep getting fitter and stronger 💪

A great day spent refreshing my first aid skills with the medical team who work with Ulster rugby and the IRFU.
Good to see the players training and being put through their paces when we were there

Level 5 official!
Great to get this in the post today.
All the hard work, late nights completing assignments and the craic in class was all worth it!

Now to get it framed and up in my treatment room 🤗

Well out of my comfort zone doing this but very grateful to South West College for the opportunity. I have never been as thankful for making the decision to go back do my Sports Massage. There’s been bumps in the road but by far the best decision of my life
