Once again we enjoyed the annual Christmas carol service at Crossdernott Church of Ireland. The church are wonderful supporters of Corkhill and the congregation kindly provided Christmas presents for our residents.
The music and singing was wonderful, ably assisted by one of our nurses, Henry.
Thank you again, on behalf of all at Corkhill Care Centre, for your generosity.

Christmas card delivery to Corkhill Care Centre🎄

The P6/7 children created lots of beautiful Christmas cards for the residents at Corkhill Care Centre.
We had a really special visit today as Adam’s Great Granny received a card.❤️
The residents were delighted with their cards and hoped we would visit soon with some more children and some instruments for an afternoon of singing and music!
We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Mark McClean and his cousin Eileen donated bibles to the residents of Corkhill, in memory of his mother Mrs Elizabeth McClean, who we had the great pleasure in caring for.
The staff, family members and residents are very grateful for this thoughtful gift in memory of Mrs McClean.

A lovely atmosphere in Corkhill this afternoon as residents and families enjoyed afternoon tea. One resident, whose idea it was to have this event and whose lovely china teasets were used, was very much missed today. We know Betty you would have throughly enjoyed today, chatting to your family and friends , you were in our thoughts today.
Thanks to all the staff on duty who helped to make this afternoon so successful.
