Proudly pictured at the SHSCT Chef Engagement Conference held at the Seagoe Hotel are Home Manager Danny Dougan and Head Chef Brendon Duignan from Hamilton Court Care Home, Head Chef Hilary Stinson from Glenview Nursing Home, and Head Chef Stephen Morrison from Sanville PNH

As part of the conference programme, Brendon contributed a pre-recorded video demonstration showing how to create a specially designed mousse cake, developed to be suitable for residents with swallowing difficulties. The recipe highlights how texture-modified meals can still be creative, appealing, and enjoyable for residents who require modified diets.

Do you remember a couple of months ago when we took part in Irish Life Health’s Workplace Fitness Challenge?

Well, Team Sanville Group excelled! Over three weeks, we collectively walked an incredible 5,647,220 steps and we ended up winning a fantastic €5,000 to donate to an Ireland-registered charity of our choice!

After much careful discussion and consideration, we're absolutely thrilled to announce that our chosen charity is The Alzheimer Society of Ireland!

The charity received their donation recently and the team there were genuinely delighted (as you can see from the photo 😍). This contribution will directly support the vital services they provide to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's across Ireland.

A huge well done and thank you to every member of for your effort and dedication! And a big thank you to Irish Life for creating such a wonderful initiative and making this all possible. We can’t wait for next years challenge!

We've had a wonderful time celebrating Father's Day across all our homes. From fantastic parties, to the most creative cakes (well done Simon!!!) and delicious big breakfasts, the men have definitely been spoiled! 😍
