The Sanctuary is an online space to move, breathe, connect and explore our Yoga practice in community.
Yoga and meditation are ways to gently tend to our inner landscapes. Our practice can become a Sanctuary to regulate and ground ourselves ~ our breath can be a balm for busy minds.
The Sanctuary offers weekly online classes.
Dipping into vinyasa-inspired and mindful movement, embodiment, meditation and Rest practices like Yoga Nidra & Yin.

The Reset returns 🤗
You are warmly invited for an evening of candlelit Yin Yoga, Cacao, Yoga Nidra for deep Rest, Poetry, and space for inner reflection.
The Reset was created to guide you towards feeling rejuvenated, restored, content and well rested.
Nourishment, Relaxation and mind-body Rest are the themes that will support and guide you through your evening.
Cacao is the purest, unprocessed form of the cacao bean and is considered a superfood. Traditionally prepared like ‘hot chocolate’, we give gratitude and can mindfully enjoy with intention.

Our Yoga & Meditation practice slows our brain wave patterns down to alpha and theta rhythms, creating the inner-states that are associated with creativity, insight, and those 'aha' moments!💡
With the beauty and inspiration of Nature around us, some grounding into our bodies through Yoga & meditation, we will tune into our inner-artist! Following the gentle guidance of Ellen, our painting time will be both a beautiful and therapeutic experience. 🌿

It is well known that the ancient art of Yoga promotes wellbeing, but a great side benefit of practice is that it can support and broaden our capacity for creative expression! MRI scans have shown how breathing practices associated with Yoga can also increase alpha brain waves that boost creativity, and help us tap into our 'flow state'.
After your movement practice, Ellen will be guiding you to paint the idyllic landscape and get our creative juices flowing!
You are warmly invited to join us as we gather to explore our creativity nestled in nature, with the buzz of Summer Solstice lingering.🌻

Helllo - welcome to my page! I have been learning and sharing my love for Yoga for the past 4 years. Firstly as a hobby, I was amazed at the benefits of daily practice, and I soon realised that there was magic behind these ancient practices of movement, breathwork and Asanas(poses). That sparked my passion of learning & sharing as much as I could. 💖
In our increasingly fast-paced, stressful, modern society, I am passionate about sharing these tools to help improve and support the lives of others - which I believe are needed today more than ever.
Most importantly, you don't have to touch your toes to do Yoga, and ANYONE, at any age, with any ability can start to practice!
The benefits of Yoga, Ayurveda and Pranayama (breathwork) are universal, which is why these practices have lasted for thousands of years. In fact, modern science is continuously backing up what the ancient yogis have always known about human anatomy, physiology and how the body can optimally function. 🤸♂️
I have been teaching in Australia for the past 2 years, and have studied in Ireland, Bali, Mallorca and most recently India. I am qualified in 200hr Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Restorative yoga teacher. With sub certificates in 100hr Pre/post natal yoga/ women’s hormones & fertility, Pranayama for health. 50hr Ayurvedic nutrition, and head massage. 💆♀️

Flexibility & body awareness
