Happy Kinesiology Week

This week we are celebrating all things kinesiology here at Mallon Kinesiology.

I have been fully qualified now for 9 years and what a journey it’s been. The people I’ve seen, the people I’ve helped and the lives I’ve changed (sounds a bit dramatic I know 😆 but that’s what kinesiology does!)

Kinesiology helps anyone and anything that needs some attention and helps anyone willing to accept that for themselves.

There is a lot of exciting things happening in 2026 for kinesiology here in Co.Tyrone 👀

Signing this will take 30secs and this will hopefully have a massive impact for the good, for our children. Social media is the ruination of teenagers and young adults. It’s an epidemic in itself and I see this all the time in clinic. Making this age change law, makes things a bit harder for the kids to get signed up. They are all very tech savvy these days so obviously there will be ways round it for them, but even some sort of barrier to hold the authorities that be accountable is better than nothing.
