First Specialist Conversion of 2026!

Crafter MWB High Roof converted to a crew van.

Conversion specification includes:
◾ Straight steel box section bulkhead installed in rear of vehicle to create crew area, from 'C' pillar at sliding door to opposite panel, plylined with 6mm plywood. All joints sealed.
◾ Factory bulkhead cut to create opening to the front cabin area.
◾ Window holes cut and tinted fixed glass installed in LH sliding door and in RH front panel.
◾ Walls & ceiling of crew area insulated with rock wool.
◾ Ceiling in crew area of crew van ply lined with 6mm plywood.
◾ Walls, door panels, and wheel arch boxes in rear cargo area of vehicle ply lined with 6mm plywood on walls and door panels, and wheel arch boxes constructed from 12mm plywood. All joints sealed and black plastic step edging installed at side and rear entrance doors.
◾ 2 round 30W speakers installed in rear of vehicle and connected to existing vehicle audio equipment.
◾ 2 Flush mounted 12V power supply installed in crew area. 4no total USB ports.
◾ LED Interior light installed along either side of ceiling in rear cargo area of vehicle behind bulkhead and controlled by existing vehicle interior lighting.
◾ Ply lined side walls, door panels, rear bulkhead, and ceiling in rear crew area of vehicle trimmed with velour.
◾ Forward facing treble Blenheim HB seat (1275mm Wide) secured to floor with 300mm fixed legs.
◾ Independent Engineers Report Supplied for Crew van (Seats/Bulkhead).
