Crafter MWB Crew van conversion completed by our specialist division.

Conversion includes:
▪️Straight steel box section bulkhead installed in rear of vehicle to create crew area, from 'C' pillar at sliding door to opposite panel, ply lined with 6mm plywood. All joints sealed.
bulkhead closed off around treble seat to front OEM bulkhead to leave space at driver side wall panel to allow space for large sheets.
▪️Window hole cut and tinted fixed glass installed in LH sliding door.
▪️LED Interior lights (320mm) installed, 1no in rear cargo area and 1no in crew area of vehicle.
▪️Outward facing low profile LED work lights installed in rear cargo area of vehicle at the rear doors. Switch installed on the driver side d-pillar.
▪️Flange type towbar installed on vehicle with 3.5ton ball and pin, 13 Pin trailer socket.
▪️Black powder coated door ladder installed on rear door of vehicle to access roof rack.
▪️Galvanised roof rack installed on vehicle. Includes wind deflector and roller bar.
▪️Galvanised steel walkway installed on to existing roof rack.
▪️Floor, walls, door panels, and wheel arch boxes in rear cargo area of vehicle ply lined with 6mm plywood on walls and door panels, and floor with 12mm plywood. Wheel arch boxes constructed from 12mm plywood. All joints sealed and black plastic step edging installed at side and rear entrance doors.
▪️Folding table installed in front of crew seats secured to bulkhead and finished with black vinyl top.
▪️Forward facing treble Blenheim HB seat (1275mm Wide) secured to floor with 300mm fixed legs.
▪️Seats kept to the passenger side door to leave space at driver side.
▪️Independent Engineers Report Supplied.

Delivery day made extra special when its for returning customers.

This is a replacement for their Volkswagen Caddy. We asked why they stayed with TBC they said "...we went to a few shows and TBC was the best conversion for our needs. Also the rear door seal was a thing we were really looking for."

Crafter MWB conversion using Sortimo shelving completed by our Specialist division.

▪️LED COB strip lights with black channels installed in the ceiling in rear of vehicle and controlled by 2x2 way switched, 1 at sliding door and 1 at rear door.
▪️Low Profile rotary roof ventilator installed on vehicle.
▪️Insulate ceiling in cargo area of vehicle
▪️Ceiling in rear cargo area of vehicle ply lined with 6mm plywood.
▪️Walls, door panels, and wheel arch boxes in rear cargo area of vehicle ply lined with 6mm plywood on walls and door panels, and wheel arch boxes constructed from 12mm plywood. All joints sealed and black plastic step edging installed at side and rear entrance doors.
▪️Sortimo shelving kit installed.

Crafter MWB Low Roof conversion completed by our Specialist division.

Conversions specification includes:
◾Shelving installed as per customers specification on the passenger side & driver side.
◾Storage for step ladders (6ft and 10ft) created inside the shelves
◾Sloped shelved on the D/S for toolboxes
◾False floor created level with the wheel arch boxes to allow 10x4 sheets to carry on the top
◾Under false floor at rear door drawers 1.8m in length with heavy duty runners with flush handles and flush locks
