We are happy to report that our team at Sanville excelled during an unannounced RQIA inspection today.
As a result, the inspector informed us that we are fully compliant with care home regulations and standards.
Once again, we have received NO areas of improvement.
This excellent outcome is testimony to the care our staff deliver every single day and it sounds cliche but we genuinely have the best caring team imaginable. Thank you all.
To our incredible nurses; exceptional carers; magnificent catering team; amazing activities coordinators and meticulous housekeeping team; we thank you for working together, day and night; always giving your best.
And you’ll all agree we’d be lost without the charming Gerard who has the ability to fix absolutely everything while also putting a smile on all our faces.
We want to thank Sharon our Operations Manager for ensuring we continue to reach the highest possible standards.
Thank you and well done is extended to our professional, approachable and loyal manager Eilis and to her committed side kick, deputy manager Noreen. You both really deserve this outcome.
We’d also like to recognise the support, encouragement and words of praise from our lovely residents and their families not just today but everyday.
Those kind little words and actions motivate all of us to continue to be the best we can be.
