Indian Head massage taster sessions are bound to be popular at Ballinderry Community Hub on Saturday 19th October. The Soul Shack - Bronagh Murtagh will be in attendance as part of our Big Health and Wellbeing weekend supported by Mid Ulster District Council they will be providing 10 minute head massages and there is no need to book. It is such a relaxing experience which helps promote wellbeing. Drop in between 2 to 4 pm, and join the queue 😌
