We had the pleasure of welcoming student Freya to Adele’s Apothecary last week! 🌿

She brought such enthusiasm and curiosity—especially when it came to learning about nutrition.

Working closely with our in-store nutritionist, Claire, , Freya learned all about the benefits of probiotics. She then put her knowledge to work and created a fantastic flyer to help educate others on how probiotics can support gut health and overall wellbeing.

Most of our products are vegan friendly and have succeeded in obtaining the Soil Association Certification, making them suitable for many of our post operative patients.

We love giving back here at Adele’s Apothecary, so each year we select a new charity to donate 5% of any profit generated.
