A few years ago I came across a book. It was called 'Just One Thing' by Michael Mosley.
One simple idea really stayed with me. It was to sing loudly for five minutes a day. 🎶

I’ve always loved singing (mostly in the shower 😂), but now I understand why. Research shows singing can boost mood, reduce anxiety, relieve stress and even help with pain. It gives us a natural lift by increasing endocannabinoids, those feel good chemicals that our bodies produce naturally.

I grew up surrounded by music. My Father was a musician, so I learned first hand the power of music and the benefits it brings....the connection, expression, joy, belonging. Music has a way of reaching places words simply can’t. It regulates, it releases, it heals.

With a certain film dominating the cinema at the moment 🎬✨, it felt like the perfect time to share one of my “singing in the car” moments.
Sometimes we hold back on doing what we love....maybe through fear or even embarrassment. But we really should set that aside once a day.
Because life really is for living.
And it's YOUR life, its nobody elses. It’s about finding something you love and taking even the smallest opportunity to celebrate it. Just one thing a day can shift your mood in powerful ways.

Our wonderful creative coordinator, Sarah has spent her life singing, and we often talk together about the power and connection of music.

Music speaks… when words fail.

Mission accomplished ✨
Thanks to Ben and Damien, the office revamp is complete.
Our Northland Row offices sit in a beautiful row of Georgian buildings, and yes, sash windows are hard to paint 😅 Corners were tricky, colours were changed (twice)… but sometimes preserving the character of something old is part of the beauty.
A little like people. Everyone’s lived a life. Everyone’s different.
As Ben reminded me after we may have painted the windows shut…

“There are no mistakes, just happy accidents.”

Windows now opening again 😂✨

This week we’ve had a little office revamp thanks to Ben and Damien 👏
Ben is travelling the world, from Colorado to Spain, Italy and beyond.....but when he landed in our small village of 'The' Moy, he stayed :-)
When I asked what he loved most about Ireland, his answer was simple:
“The people.”
It’s a reminder that wherever we are in life, it’s our connections that matter most.
As Ben prepares for his next adventure, we’ll miss him.
Sometimes the greatest joy is found in the smallest places. 🤍
Connections count.
