There are actually SEVERAL DIFFERENT TYPES OF ANXIETY and each Friday for the next 5 weeks we will be focusing on these different types of anxiety to help you to recognise the differences and importantly the signs of these types and the themes that are there within them.

Home safe and sound 🤍
Amazing how space and quiet can instantly bring your stress levels down….... like your whole system finally gets the message.....you can relax now and it's ok 😇
And honestly? There’s no problem with parking at our offices at 22 Northland Row,..... calm, free, and plenty of room.
I love going home and I love my City. But it's the small things sometimes that can build up on us. It's OK to notice the build up but it's important to appreciate the calm.
It sounds small, but when life already feels full, those little ease-filled moments matter more than we admit.
Life can be stressful enough… so notice what softens it.
Because what seems small to someone else can sometimes feel overwhelming to you.

We talk about stress like it only comes from big life events.
It doesn’t.
It builds in the everyday moments.....
struggling to park, needing the right app, not being able to pay the way you’re used to.
Individually, they seem small.
Repeated daily, they train your body to stay on edge.
This isn’t about resisting progress.
It’s about recognising impact.
Because when your nervous system is constantly adapting to unnecessary friction…
it stops feeling safe, even in normal situations.
And that’s where burnout begins.
Even therapists feel this way, we are all only human and it's ok to sometimes acknowledge the things that make our life more stressful.
