Day 2 of the first weekend was all about the brain, stomach, pancreas, small intestine, kidneys, liver and large intestine, as well as a technique to release fears and phobias, and finding out what in the body needs fixed first!

A great weekend with some fascinating results already 😲

✨️Attention Parents!✨️

I get so many of you who bring your children to me to deal with tummy upsets, anxiety, colds and flus, hyperactivity, parasites, difficulty in the classroom.... the list is endless!

Below is some feedback I received from a previous Balanced Health student on how this course changed their family's life:

"My daughter is 11 and has been diagnosed with FND. She has episodes of paralysis, limb locking, non epileptic seizures and aggressive tics all fuelled by stress. We have made great progress with our kinesiologist the last couple of years.

Recently I came home and over the course of the day she started to have leg pain, then the leg went very weak and she couldn’t walk unassisted. She also had a breath holding tic and was becoming while distressed.

I did a fix as you go balance and held the meridian points along with NV and NL for the muscles that were out of balance. I also used ESR and separated all the stresses and spent plenty of time on them. She settled a bit and went to bed early and slept for 13 hours and got up the next day in the best form. Usually these episodes last days and are very distressing for everyone in the house. It seems we stopped it in its tracks using kinesiology.

Balanced Health has empowered me so much. I have learned how to test the body for imbalances and correct them. The benefit in my home alone is huge. Thanks for the most amazing course."

For months I've been feeling the pull to go on Pilgrimage to Knock, so I finally got on the road this past weekend, and I'm so glad I did! ✨️

It was bitterly cold, and I did 16,000 steps, but I felt such peace and enjoyed some beautiful meals🥙

For anyone who isn't Catholic/ from Ireland, I'll explain Knock... It's a place of Pilgrimage in Co.Mayo in Ireland. It's said that in 1879 Our Lady/Mother Mary (Jesus' mother) appeared to 15 people (from ages 5 to 74) along with St.Joseph her husband, and St. John the Evangelist. There was also a lamb that appeared on an altar.

At the time she appeared it was raining heavily, but the 15 people remained dry. She didn't speak.

There were investigations afterwards, and determined that the 15 people were telling the truth, and it has been a place of Pilgrimage ever since!

Even if you have no faith, you get such a sense of peace when you're there 🕊 (there's also a cafe across the road that does the BEST baked potato in the world! 😅)

I really love the drive down, and an essential stop off is the grave of WB Yeats in Drumcliffe 💙.
There's a beautiful hike up to a waterfall as well, which wasn't happening for this time with the wind cutting through! 🍃
