Have made some floral Dead Sea salts Rose, Lavender & Marigold flowers and Cornish Essential Oil from Roskorwell Lavender Farm. Use directly into bath or make muslin bags as pictured to hang from the tap. All flowers organically grown and dried by myself. Also Ideal as christmas gifts in pretty jars. £5 per 250 grams. 💜

Harvesting Verbena officinalis from the garden today. Makes a wonderful tea and tincture for the restoring the Nervous system. Particularly appropriate when digestive issues appear along with Anxiety. Vervain was once common in Great Britain however is now quite difficult to find wild. Vervain is also one of the Edward Bachs 38 flower remedies for relieving stress and tension.

Beautiful Vase of Flowers taken from the Garden this morning, most of them i use for Flower essences and Medicine. Ive only taken a few leaving lots for the Bees and other insects.
