Pilates is coming to Clunie Hall.
The benefits of Pilates are endless, from improving posture, strengthening the core, reducing pain, enhancing mobility and flexibility, to focussing the mind and generally having fun while you’re doing it, what’s not to like?
From January 2024 Ikigai Wellbeing would like to bring Pilates to Clunie. If you are interested in taking part in a beginner’s group then please let Gillian know which day of the week and time suits you (1st, 2nd , 3rd preference would be great), you can email greeves009@gmail.com; or call / text 07595 436272.
It really doesn't matter how fit/stretchy/bendy you are, everyone can benefit from developing core strength. Did you know that community spirit underpins wellbeing? Why not come along to 'breath, centre and flow' together.
