✨ 2023 - A Story of Courage ✨

Sometimes, the most important journey starts with a car packed with everything you own. This photo isn’t of a loss; it’s a testament to the raw courage of choosing to step into a new life. It’s a snapshot of the exact moment I chose my own truth over toxicity, manipulation, and control.

There were days I didn’t want to be here. But my kids saw me strong, and I knew I had to keep going. To be where I am now, after escaping something so horrendous, I am so incredibly proud of myself.

Tomorrow, on September 7th, the universe is giving us a powerful ally: a Blood Moon. This isn’t just a celestial event; it’s a cosmic call for profound transformation. The moon in its deepest shadow reminds us that even in the darkest moments, truth and light still exist.
I’m using this energy to guide me through an important meeting this week, something I’ve waited for for a very long time. The emotions and feelings I sit with in my body today are those I felt in 2023 - anxiety, fear, panic, sadness. But I know, whatever the outcome, I am going to get through this.

This journey is a reminder that true victory is not found in an outcome decided by others, but in the peaceful knowledge that you have reclaimed your life.

Learn to breathe again…
Not just automatically, but intentionally.

I’ve been treating my nervous system disorder without realising (Multiple Sclerosis which includes the above symptoms) for 13 years without realising! So I would like to say… I have hands on experience and understand with deep empathy.

Anyone can join me at Wellness Wednesdays held at fringe.yoga at 11:15am this Wednesday!. You do not have to be a member. It’s an all inclusive class - any age, gender, religion etc you don’t need to be a practiced yogi, we all have to begin somewhere, we don’t compare we are all human. This maybe your first of many classes…

Here I offer you a non judgmental safe space to be yourself by yourself with a chance to work on your nervous system regulation. In the class we work on brain health mindfully with positive affirmations and an understanding of how we can change our thoughts, in a neutral mindset which allows us to be present, focused and clear. Through this wellness programme you will create new neuro transmitters for a better and healthier nervous system. Wellness Wednesdays with me also includes a focus on aligning hormonal balance for emotional resilience, physical mobility with posture & breathwork as we work from the inside out, meditation for the mind using our natural alterted states to be in the now, brining you home to yourself. It is through consistency and practise you build & create coherence between your mind and body - heart and soul 💖

A great introduction to learning the tools to gently and kindly unearth layer by layer the suppressed emotions and trauma you may have been holding onto. Noticing and accepting it’s ok to not be ok, to recognise when emotions are overwhelming and you need a check in to make fresh for the day…

You get what you see… feeling happy and grateful 🤍

A woman who has overcome…

A resilient human being…

Shaped by experience… the pain of the past

Illness… divorce… single parenting… mental health… life struggles… friendships… family… relationships… childhood wounds… trauma… addiction support… shame… fear…

What’s right and what was wrong…

The morale compass of life…

I stayed strong…

No more resistance to the fear that held me back…

I made the change that needed to happen…

Even with my illness I knew I needed to be a CREATOR…

Drastic changes were made… with multiple sclerosis and two kids in tow

It didn’t happen instantly… it wasn’t easy… a lot of sadness

But… I have my practise, my beliefs, my values, my heart…

Yoga kept me safe and alive…

Yoga allowed me to embody my emotions and make sense of life

It releases the trauma, the pain, the hurt, upset, anger and resentment…

It helps you to realise and remember what you’ve been missing…

It connects you… it guides you… it shows you… you feel it… you believe it… you live it… you unearth… you change… you grow… you fall back in love with yourself and your soul 🤍
