I’ll never forget the day I was attuned to Reiki and learned how to give Reiki to myself and my family so it makes it even more special for me passing this gift on. Reiki is such a special gift you give to yourself. It literally raises your vibration. It’s still lovely to receive a treatment but being attuned to Reiki means you can tap into the high frequencies whenever you need them.

I loved teaching best friends Charlotte & Georgia yesterday. Now you guys can practice on each other. Can’t wait to see you at our next Reiki Share.

What a gorgeous day today was spent with and a bunch of enthusiast humans who just absolutely love sharing essential oils and learning how to use them in absolutely everything and for anything with miraculous benefits. I always enjoy DoTerra wellness days and always come home feeling equipped and armed with even more tools to create even more wellness at home for my family and clients. It was so lovely to be able to share the power of sound and oils too. We were blessed with beautiful sunshine again so enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool to finish off the day.

I left feeling full to the brim and blessed to be able to share such a wonderful day. Thanks Nat and the DoTerra team. I loved every minute.
