❄️ January Recap ☕️

It may be nearly the end of Feb, but better late than never 🫣. I will get better at this! January was a month of growth, learning, & connection, & looking back I realise like we had a lovely month, so I have to do this every month because I forget!

🌅 Started the year making sure I was getting some sunrise walks—perfect way to reset & focus.
🧘‍♀️ Farm Girl Team Meditation & Painting with 🎨. We each received beautiful third eye bracelets from —thank you, we love them!

A special moment: I let Savannah add to my painting (which was of the farm-my late Grandad’s)—under heaven/universe light). Without me saying a word, she drew him in it. She’s never done that before. ✨💫

👥 Team Therapist Meeting: We talked about the client & therapist journey, gathered client feedback, & set a goal to increase Google reviews (thank you if you’ve left one—so appreciated!).

👀 Secret shop audits—never fun, but so important for growth. It helps us improve, learn, & evolve.

📅 Big changes this month:
✔️ New booking system launched—thank you for your patience! Remember to click ‘month view’ for all appointments.
✔️ Business WhatsApp introduced for easier communication.
✔️ Two days of in-house massage training—up-skill by learning from each other.

🌿 A big milestone! I co-launched the Mallorca “Return to Self” Retreat—the finca is stunning! ✨ Five rooms are already booked, & I’d love to see some of you there in October.

💆‍♀️ Training! members got an exclusive new treatment—the Soulful Facial—delivered with my rock, Dawn.

💉 Injectable bookings went crazy for Botox, Profhilo & Polynucleotides (I had polynucleotides under my eyes, and wow—goodbye fine lines & dark circles!).

🏆 The little wins matter too:
✔️ Deep cleaned the office before the team returned
✔️ Got my hair done 💇‍♀️
✔️ 10K walk, ice bath, early mornings ✅
✔️ No phone at night, no alcohol 🍵
✔️ Nearly finished Let Them by Mel Robbins 📖

If you wear hair extensions, you can pipette the oil down your middle parting and massage into the scalp and not touch the bonds, you oil the extension hair and plait to receive the goodness and be so soft and smooth after washing.

📷 With only 778 photos on the grid yet 150,000 on my camera roll 😅 I want to share more of a glimpse into our world at Farm Girl, these photos were some of 2024. I really want to highlight the love we pour into everything we do here! Our team, made up of incredible women from different therapist backgrounds, training, spa, skin clinic, holistic and aesthetics, it all works together to blend our unique strengths. This allows us to create treatments that are truly one-of-a-kind, focusing on results and energy to deliver unforgettable experiences. We take the best bits from everywhere, all the immense training we’ve had between us from all different places and when we travel, we’ll come back with ideas from massages or facials we have. I love this creative part!!

👧🏼 couple of pics of when our kids have come to work with us. Half of us are mums, and we embrace the sometimes chaos that comes with balancing family and business. Teamwork and multitasking are key, we all wear different hats when needed and we wouldn’t have it any other way! My little girl knows where the biscuits are kept and exactly who will help her get one 😂

🍎 The farm itself brings me so much peace and inspiration. It’s filled with energy and a history, and I hope you feel that warmth when you visit. I’m definitely going to do monthly drops starting in January, do you can see what we’ve been up to, and I can’t wait to share more with you.
