Summer Sculpt & Release Treatment 🌿

When the lymphatic system becomes sluggish, you can feel it in everything! Puffiness, bloating, tension through the jaw and shoulders, dull skin, tired energy. Sometimes the body just needs help moving things through again.

The treatment begins with stomach lymphatic drainage to encourage movement through the body and support circulation before moving into the face, neck, and shoulders.

We then work with our Gua Sha lymphatic drainage and deep tissue facial massage to sculpt, release tension, and reduce puffiness while helping the skin feel fresh and lifted. One of our signature Farm Girl jelly masks cools and comforts the skin before Icey Globes help calm inflammation and wake up the complexion with that healthy summer glow.

We finish with Aurascreen 2-1 moisturiser SPF and a full body sage cleanse for the ultimate reset.

For clients wanting more advanced results, electricals can also be added into the treatment for extra sculpting, toning, and skin stimulation.

Microneedling explained 🤍

🧖🏼‍♀️ Microneedling is also known as collagen induction therapy. It works by creating tiny controlled micro channels in the skin using very fine needles. These micro channels gently wake the skin up and signal it to repair itself.

🔧 When the skin repairs, it produces fresh collagen and elastin. This is what helps to improve skin texture, firmness, fine lines, scarring and overall glow.

⚡️Those micro channels also allow our professional serums to absorb deeper into the skin, meaning you get more from every treatment.

🏥 Histological studies have found that, under controlled conditions, collagen and elastin deposition in the skin can increase by up to around 400% about six months after a course of microneedling treatments (e.g. 4–6 sessions spaced a 4 weeks apart). This means there can be significantly more collagen present in the dermis compared with before treatment.

2 0 2 5 - shaped in treatment rooms, over training beds, in team meetings every six weeks, and in the moments where we chose to grow rather than stay comfortable, and I was very uncomfortable in parts of it because I felt like we grew up and into what Farm Girl truly is.

We expanded our treatments and deepened our touch, we did so much in-house training, what I learnt in 2024 that each of our girls bring something very unique to Farm Girl and we go offsite for courses but with the AMOUNT of knowledge we have between us, in-house training was so effective it’s untrue and it has brought us closer as a team.

Okay so - Big moments, launching Oncology Massage! We can now safely help more people, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Microneeding on the hands and chest, deeper facial massage, Polyneedling and Polynucleotides, our holistic healing facial ‘Glow From Within’ is now available with all our team. We gave you a Hair Repair Oil which is perfection and an SPF you will buy foreverrrrr not to mention our aromatherapy range and I did my first ever photo shoot, that’s not what I enjoy but because I did it with Savannah my little one I really did love it 👧🏼

There were gatherings that mattered. Gua Sha evenings, Meditations with Tracy, our girls’ night out, lots of team meetings/trainings, a members retreat day, flying to Mallorca to co-host Return to Self, god I learnt so much and celebrated 2 years alcohol-free. Moments that reminded us why community sits at the heart of everything we do and the reasons for doing this! I read this week that no one is truly happy until they know who they are and that is the same for business and Farm Girl really unfolded for me this year and I love it more than ever and without it, I genuinely don’t know where i’d be but I don’t think I would have found this path without it *tears

Behind it all was dedication, learning, admin, late nights, big conversations, & a team that shows up with so much care every single day.

This year asked a lot but gave even more.

This is one of my fave videos! It’s made me feel really relaxed & in need of that heated bed and the feeling of pure peace ✨
