The Service will be closed Friday 11th July and Monday 14th July 2025.

We will re-open as normal on Tuesday 15th July from 9:30am.

Our weekend Intervention Service will operate as normal this weekend - Saturday & Sunday from 12pm to 4pm.
Please text/call - 07516187447 between those hours and our counsellors will be available to provide help and support.

We would like to wish all our clients and staff a restful long weekend 🌞

✨APPRECIATION POST✨

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Críostoír Mervyn and his colleagues at Olympus Gym who generously held a Mountain Hike up Slieve Donard to raise awareness of Mental Health and kindly donated all proceeds totaling an amazing £1,225 to our Service.

We cannot express how valued this donation will be and the difference it will make to the people we support. Any donations we receive allows us to continue to offer one-to-one counselling sessions and provide crisis support to those from our Community and beyond.

Mental Health continues to be a major concern within our Community. We can all try and work together to tackle this issue through talking, supporting each other and encouraging others to reach out and seek support when they need it.

We are very grateful to Chris, Olympus Gym and to each person that took part and to each person that donated in support.

THANK-YOU AND WELL DONE TO EVERYONE!

Let’s continue to work together towards positive mental health! 💙
