Our dear customers,

It is with deep regret that we must inform you of the closure of our business, a decision we learned about on none other than Friday the 13th 😢

Unfortunately, this is due to regulatory and bureaucratic challenges, specifically relating to how our product, Moon Milk, has been classified. Rest assured, there is absolutely nothing wrong with Moon Milk itself, but the issue lies in the legal complexities surrounding its ingredients, particularly Ashwagandha, which is now classified under the UK’s rapidly evolving "novel foods" regulations.

Changing our business to meet these new requirements would involve a complete overhaul—re-registering with different regulatory bodies, gaining new approvals, redesigning packaging, and much more. After careful consideration, we’ve decided that this is not a feasible route for us at this time.

While this is undeniably disappointing, we are proud of what we have achieved. Over this short journey, which began as a side project, we gained invaluable skills that we will carry into our future endeavors. We’ve had the pleasure of working as a family, connecting with amazing people both locally and globally, and contributing, in our small way, to the community. Incredibly, Moon Milk reached customers as far away as Texas and Singapore, and we had just been approved to partner with Tesco the Day Before receiving the unfortunate news!

The lessons we've learned have been profound, and while it's time to move on, we do so with excitement for the future. We have already withdrawn Moon Milk from Amazon and our online shop, and we will be removing it from local shops and cafes by the end of this week.

But please stay tuned - this isn’t the end! A new project is on the horizon, and I look forward to sharing more with you in the new year.

Guess what? Did you know you can enjoy MoonMilk cold too? 🌙🥛

I just tested it out on my neighbor, and it's a hit! I love it. My neighbor loves it. What more could you ask for? 😀

All you need to do is prepare your Moon Milk as usual, blend it, and then either chill it in the fridge or add ice right away. It's incredibly refreshing and, as always, super healthy. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
