Divorce, empty nest syndrome, taking my employer to court, PTS, grief of my mum and gran passing, loss of self and hope.😒

But, here I am, finding peace and clarity even if it is just for a pocket of time. The bitterness and anger have eased. I had to put in the work, though. I had to make a decision to transform myself. ✨️

I am still a work in progress, but honestly, finding yoga and all that it offers has helped me in my transformation. 🪬

I have been quiet on social media. This is because we have been enjoying our new motorhome.

But, I'm back home now and tackling the dark side of my garden.

I have two questions to ask you -

1. Suggestions on places to visit with a motohome
2. Suggestions for how to brighten up my dark, rain sodden garden.
3. would you be interested in following my yoga videos from different places that I visit.

Can I be right in saying that if you are navigating peri-menopause/menopause, then you might not be sleeping well?

Or am I wrong? Are you not finding sleep easy due to overwhelm thinking and worrying?

Then, this is why taking 45 minutes out of your day to show yourself some love and kindness with gentle movement and meditation can help you feel more at ease.

A short practice can move you from fright/flight to a more restful state.

Just magical🧚‍♂️ My clients found peace and joy, and I hope a little love of themselves yesterday, .

Each client fell asleep on the table whilst enjoying a holistic facial or therapeutic massage. I love that! 😴
