Being 1% dehydrated may affect your mood and cognitive functioning; so imagine if you are 10% or even 20%! Many of us are critically dehydrated!

There are many ways to stay hydrated, eating water and mineral rich fruits and vegetables can contribute to your intake. The water content is absorbed at a cellular level as well as providing nutrients for your cells!

Fruits

These are rich in water, potassium, antioxidants, and natural sugars that assist fluid absorption.
