Tonight we enjoyed a valentines dinner during pub night. Salmon en croute or chicken Kiev, served with homemade dauphinois potatoes and broccoli tops. Drinks were flowing at the bar and for afters we had apple crumble with a choice of custard or cream. Residents said again what a lovely evening they had. fans
