With today being the start of Stalking Awareness Week let’s remember that stalking doesn’t just affect people’s emotional well-being, it can have physical health consequences too. These can range from feeling stressed, having frequent headaches and finding it difficult to sleep.

People who experience stalking may find it more difficult to cope with their everyday lives and it can affect their quality of living.
