I am a qualified Pilates teacher, personal trainer and myofascial release therapist. Over the years I have taught many clients in Pilates and have witnessed great changes in their bodies, relief of back, neck and shoulder pain, improved posture, more mobility and change in body shape. Private clients will be given a personalised programme. This can include more traditional strength training as wel

l as Pilates based on clients needs and goals. I have specialised training in:
- Pre and Post Natal
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS) endorsed by the MS Society
- Osteoporosis
- Pelvic Floor Health
- Postural Assessment and Corrective Exercise

I qualified as a teacher In 2000 after two years of training with the internationally renowned Pilates lecturer and practitioner, Alan Herdman.

I’m a very happy pilates teacher having received the same text message from two clients “You are a miracle worker” ❤️ One lady with lower back and hip pain and a man with an ongoing shoulder twinge.

I love to help people reduce their back pain (or hip or shoulder - often all related) enabling them to get on with their lives. 🧚🏼‍♂️

Feet up after the last of the Christmas Pilates Mat Classes for this year. What a week and a day. Didn’t start quite to plan due to the snow on Monday but thanks to all my lovely clients who balanced mince pies with smiles and even when they thought and said that I was Christmas crackers ! 😄 Thanks to the Wednesday Ninja Pilates Team who went straight to the pub instead 👍🍷.
It’s been a great year of pilates and looking forward to the classes next year. Merry Christmas and Happy Pilates New Year ###
