Quick question - is everyone receiving the automated text appointment reminders 72 hours before their appt?

NB - The messages that are sent are from a random number and not from 'Pippa' or 'Heavenly Scent' so I think that's why people are missing the reminders. You can save the number as Heavenly Scent so in future you'll know its from my system x

BOOKING FEES
Just a quick note about online bookings. When you book online you will be asked to pay 50% of your appointment as a booking fee. This fee is non refundable but if you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appt, this fee stays on your account as a credit.
Those who had gift vouchers for Christmas, please check online for availability and then message me to book it in for you or you'll need to pay the booking fee.
