Attention and intention can become powerful consciousness tools in shifting the way we view our world.
Attention directs our focus - it expands and energises the object/subject of our focus.
Intention harnesses the power of our attention and gives us a clear vision for our desired outcome.
Practical ways to work with harnessing our attention and intention:
💫Meditation
💫Affirmations
💫Ritual
💫Journalling
💫Visualisation
💫Art
💫Pranayama practices
💫Connecting to your Chakras
For example, you may want to intentionally call in more abundance into your life (perhaps more time? More financial abundance? More abundant joy!)
💫Practically you could begin and/or end your day with a centering thought and affirmation around abundance.
💫To feel centred & grounded - you could begin your day finding stillness through a mantra meditation, gentle breathing, grounding visualisation, etc.
💫Choose to notice and shift your *attention* towards the abundance that already exists in your life throughout your day.
💫Journal your observations & include when & where there were any negative/critical/contracting thoughts that may have arose through this process. Notice any patterns with compassion. Awareness is the first step towards transformation.
These are simple practices that you can include in your day to harness attention & intention.
