I have been a bit busy recently but I am now back after a couple of weeks away getting married ! Eeek!

The next couple of weeks are already looking busy! (Thanks guys) so please make sure your booking in early to avoid any disappointment!

DOMs

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. This refers to the soreness/ aching/ painful feeling you have following intense exercise. DOMs is the temporary muscle damage and inflammation of muscles, mainly following eccentric exercise. DOMs can last anywhere between a few hours to 72 hours post exercise.

treatment that can help speed recovery of DOMs -

- ice / heat therapy

- massage

- compression

- rest

- hydration

- good nutrition to aid in recovery.

Happy Monday !

We are back up and running following a lovely 10 days off!!! Please get booked in as early as you can to avoid disappointment ! I’m a busy bee!!

My working hours are -

- Monday 9-8

- Tuesday 5-8 (approx)

- Wednesday 5-8 (approx)

- Friday 9-7.

From October my mobile visits will increase by £5 to cover cost of fuel. Clinic price will remain the same!
