I am an integrative counsellor, with a flexible approach to my work with clients with a belief that we are all unique and tailor my work with clients to suit their needs and abilities. You can expect to be provided with a safe and private space for to explore where there may distress or imbalance with life. I am a trained counsellor, with a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory, warm, emphatic and genuine approach. During therapy the aim is to empower/enable clients to manage their own lives by helping to facilitate personal growth- through exploration, self awareness, coping strategies and realistic goal setting. I am a member of the British Association of counselling and psychotherapy and adhere to the ethical framework for good practice. I hold all relevant insurances and am committed to continuing professional development.
