What’s included:
🔮 Short guided intro meditation
🎶 A collection of sounds using gongs, crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, vibroacoustic massage, tongue drum, handpan, chimes and many other beautiful percussions

There is plenty of parking across the road from the hall. Please bring something comfortable and warm to lay on, we recommend a yoga mat, a throw or 2 and a pillow ❤️ as your body temperature will drop due to deep relaxation. Please also bring some water for afterwards to stay hydrated.
