On Friday we spent a lovely winter evening moving softly, listening inward and resting in the healing flow of somatic yoga and reiki 🧘🏼‍♀️

2 years of Sportsability Yoga & Pilates Studio ✨

What began as a small vision has grown into a space filled with movement, strength, laughter and connection. This studio has become so much more than four walls… it’s a place where bodies are supported, abilities are celebrated and everyone belongs!

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come: the classes that challenge and uplift, the community that shows up with kindness and commitment and the energy that fills the room every day.

None of this would be possible without each and every one of you who’ve shared your time, trust and journey with us.

Looking back at 2025, we’re blown away by the energy, commitment and community you brought to our classes!

Our most attended sessions of the year say it all - Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners and Aqua Fit have truly been the heartbeat of our timetable 🧘🏼‍♀️

A special moment goes to Pilates, which was attended over 1,200 times this year!!!

This is an incredible reflection of your dedication to strength, balance and wellbeing. Every mat rolled out, every stretch held and every splash made mattered.
