Our Aqua Fit classes on Tuesday and Friday mornings are the perfect full-body workout for ages and abilities whilst being gentle on the joints.

Hatha Yoga with Pam on Wednesday’s at 10am

Hatha yoga is a beginner-friendly style of yoga, which is slower paced to allow you to hold each pose for a longer amount of time

Here is our updated class timetable for September!

Additions to our timetable:
🧘🏼‍♀️ Hatha Yoga with Pam at 10am on Wednesday’s

This is a beginner-friendly style of yoga where the pace is slower and the movements are held for longer

🧘🏼‍♀️ Vinyasa Yoga for Beginner’s with Amy at 6pm on Wednesday’s

This is a slightly faster paced form of yoga, yet still beginner-friendly
