This includes:
✅ Citizens Advice
✅ Young Carers support
✅ Mental Health services
The aim is to bring these services directly into local communities, making it easier for people to access the help they need. Where required, travel arrangements can also be supported.

Please order prescriptions in good time – ideally 7 days before your medication is due to run out.
The table below shows the notice period required from prescription request to availability.

For ‘Acute’ medication not in your repeat list, please remember that these requests must go to the doctor for consideration and may not be issued without review.

Christmas & New Year Closure Dates

Dunvegan Medical Practice will be closed:

THURSDAY 25TH DECEMBER 2025 - CLOSED

FRIDAY 26TH DECEMBER 2025 - CLOSED
Closed at the weekend.

The practice will re-open on MONDAY 29TH DECEMBER.

Open Monday 29th December, Tuesday 30th December & Wednesday 31st December

We will then close for the following New Year public holidays:

THURSDAY 1ST JANUARY 2026 - CLOSED

FRIDAY 2ND JANUARY 2026 - CLOSED
Closed at the weekend

Re-opening in the new year on MONDAY 5th JANUARY 2026.
