We have a special Recipe for Healing Event on Tuesday, September 16th at Tantobie Community Centre from 6pm-8.30pm.
£15 per person for the session.
It will be a collaboration event with Louanne from Lunar Moon Soundbaths.
The first part of the evening will be self connection and charkra activation. A channelled meditation to guide you through a journey for yourself healing.
Community connection time with refreshments.
Before settling in to an hour long soundbath to help release negative energy.
The whole evening will be infused with Angelic Reiki Healing.
Bring a mat, blanket and a cushion for your comfort.

I will be offering taster treatments in Angelic Reiki and massage tonight at Number17 in Dipton from 6pm-9pm. Sessions will be 20 minutes for £15.
Pop in grab yourself a treatment, card reading, gifts or even just a coffee and cake.

Come join us for a relaxing evening of meditation and a group Reiki Healing session.
We will be connecting with ourselves to gain a better understanding what creates blockages in our lifes and sharing healing tools to help remove them.
Our body gives us messages often through physical pain to call us to pause and rest. Giving us time to listen to the thoughts we keep ignoring and make time to quieten our minds. Making the necessary adjustments in our lives create calm and peace in our busy lives helps restore our energy and focus.

You are one of a kind. A unique soul experiencing a life in a human body. Breathe and allow yourself the grace to see how far you have come to be in this present moment.
Learning to love yourself is the toughest journey you will face. It's so easy to focus on your failures, but it's so hard to see the wonderful things about you.
You will always be a blessing to the people who love you and never underestimate just how awesome that is.
You are enough, and healing is an inside job. So work on yourself, smile as much as you can, and give the same amount of care you give to others to yourself 🥰🥰🥰
