Just Be and Megalign are collaborating on 11. 11 portal to bring you a very special Recipe for Healing Event.

A meditation to bring you into alignment and set intention for your personal growth. You will be invited to focus on connecting with consciousness and your inner healer to bring about changes for your highest good. Listening to crystal sining bowls to help open your chakras and deepen your personal intentions.

The second meditation will allow thoughts and emotions to come to the surface to be released and help you relax. Your intentions will be embedded through this meditation to deepen the connection with your inner light and allow what is needed to come forward.

There will be time to connect with others and have some refreshments.

Before a beautiful vocal healing from Megalign where you listen to vocal frequencies and allow your mind, body, and soul to bring back to your authentic self. The frequencies Megalign Chantress channels will give each individual exactly what they need to release and restore their connection to self.

The session will be at Tantobie Community Centre on Tuesday November 11th from 6pm-8.30pm.

Energy Exchange will be £15 per person
Refreshments will be included.

Bring a mat, blanket, and cushion for your comfort during the session.

I am looking forward to sharing my creativity and connection with nature tonight at Derwent Manor from 6pm-10pm.

I have created botanical scenes with mushrooms, moss and crystals. They serve as a reminder of the beauty of some of our forgotten gifts from Mother Nature. .

I will be offering some massage treatments at the event.

There will be so many wonderful stalls and activities for everyone to enjoy.

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone for the support and kindness shared during the Recipe for Healing session on Tuesday evening.
Finding the light within yourself and being your authentic self is not always the easiest of paths to follow. We are responsible for our own healing takes a lot of courage and understanding to face the darkest parts of ourselves in order to stand firmly in our light.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart and the depths of my soul. Together you showed so much compassion and unconditional love.
Honour yourself and the importance of protecting your peace because everyone of you has a unique gift to share with the collective energy that connects us all.

Our next Recipe for Healing Event will be on Tuesday October 28th at Tantobie Community Centre 6pm-8pm.

Come along and join us to take a break from everything and connect with yourself. This is an opportunity to be at peace in the present moment and quieten your busy mind.

We start with a guided meditation to align your energy centres to release things that no longer serve you.

Followed by a channelled meditation to connect with your higherself and inner healer for better understanding of yourself.

There's will be time to connect with our beautiful community and share refreshments.

Before finally connecting in our Angelic Reiki Circle to receive the collective healing frequency shared together. Helping you to relax, release and reset. Bringing inner peace and calm.

Having faith in myself and what I do gives me the strength to keep going on the toughest of days. I've seen people transform during sessions and find peace within.
I feel the healing energy of Angels past through my body and flow to where people need it most.

Recipe for Healing

Allow yourself some time to take a breath and relax.

Connect with our beautiful healing community and find some peace within yourself.

Through the first meditation you will be guided to balance and align your energy centres to bring you back to yourself.

The second will take you on a channelled journey within to help you relax and release things that no longer serve you.

You have time to connect with others in a safe space, while enjoying refreshments.

We then come together to share an Angelic Reiki Healing Circle to help release negative energy and encourage healing throughout the group.

The event is at Tantobie Community Centre from 6pm-8pm. The session is £10 per person

While isolation can seem the only option to stop us from hurting, it's not always the best choice.

We build walls to keep ourselves safe but those walls can block out the love and care we need to heal parts of us that are hidden from view.

It takes courage to let people in and strength to love again.

Yes we get triggered and yes we can get hurt. But by the lessons we learn, we grow and we gain strength.

We meet people along the way who are there for a short time and those who are in it for the long haul.

Everyone has been through their own struggles so everyone is healing in one way or another.
