In December we had 132 patients who 'did not attend' their appointments. We understand that on occasions this is unavoidable and there are valid reasons for missing them, however please try to let us know if you are unable to attend an appointment so we can offer the appointment to someone who needs it.
You can cancel your appointment by telephone, email, via the NHS App or by following the link on your reminder SMS.
❗Patients who continuously miss appointments without informing us could potentially be removed from the practice lists.❗
