Huge congratulations to the absolutely amazing Alicia, our Greatest Loser 2026 👏

Alicia has lost over 6 stone 🤯 but more importantly, she has made changes for life.

She shared how her whole life has changed — she feels like a new person, with so much more confidence, energy, and belief in herself 💫
