Dear customers,
I would like to kindly remind everyone that when you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. In the past, I did not ask for a deposit because I trusted my customers and was happy to secure appointments in advance.
Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations or very short notice on the day of the appointment have a direct impact on my business and prevent other customers from booking that time.
Please understand that my working hours are very important and many clients are waiting for available appointments.
For this reason, starting from next month, a deposit will be required from new customers at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
I kindly ask everyone to respect my time and my business. If appointments continue to be missed or cancelled without proper notice, I will unfortunately have to refuse future bookings and may block repeat offenders from booking again.
