As usual...I forgot to take photos of tonight soothing Soundbath at The Solan Connor Fawcett Family Cancer Trust hub, so here's a throw back from last months...just like tonight's but the new bowls were out and loud!

A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience where you simply lie down and allow soothing sounds and vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gently wash over you. There’s nothing you need to do and no experience required. The sound does the work for you.

That said, please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before your session so you have time to get settled before we begin.
