Hello....I think it's about time I introduced myself and explained how and why I got into Soundbaths.....get settled it's a long post
💛💛 From Soldier to Soundbath Facilitor 💛💛
Hi, I'm Stacey, founder/owner/practitioner of Solace Soundbath....
For a long time, I was trained to stay strong, stay alert, and push through.
I served as a soldier in the Army — and in that world, you learn quickly how to keep going no matter what you’re feeling. You don’t always talk about stress. You don’t always slow down. You just carry it. But over time, that stress doesn’t disappear… it builds.
I started noticing it in the way my body felt, tense, restless, constantly “on.”I noticed it in my sleep. I noticed it in my mood. Not to mention all the physiological effects too. Even when life appeared to be calm on the outside, my nervous system didn’t feel calm on the inside.
And I’ll be honest… I didn’t know how to truly relax anymore.
That’s when I found sound healing.
At first, I didn’t know what to expect. I just knew I needed something that didn’t require me to “talk it all out” or force myself to feel better, (which is impossible) I needed something that could help my mind slow down and my body finally breathe again.
The first time I experienced a soundbath, something shifted.
It wasn’t magic. It wasn’t instant perfection. But for the first time in a long time, I felt safe enough to let go.
The vibrations, the tones, the stillness… it felt like my body finally got the message: You’re allowed to rest now.
That experience changed everything for me.
And what began as something I needed for my own healing turned into something I knew I wanted to share with others. Istarted learning more and once I moved back to the North East and couldn't find a soundbath I took the decision to learn how to hold my own soundbaths. I trained, I practiced and Solace Soundbath was born!
Stress doesn’t discriminate.
It affects soldiers. Parents. Business owners. Caregivers. People who “seem fine.” People who are holding everything together for everyone else.
And if you’re reading this thinking: "Yep… that’s me.” I want you to know you’re not alone.
Today, I’m a soundbath facilitator, and my mission is simple:
✨ To create a space where people can finally exhale
✨ To help calm the nervous system
✨ To support rest, balance, and healing — without pressure
✨ To remind you that you don’t have to stay in survival mode
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or just tired in your soul… I’d say try one of my peaceful soundbaths and to see for yourself the difference it can make.
🙏🏽Thank you to those who have been there from the start, it's been a 'journey' and welcome to all the those who have joined along the way!
Hopefully see you soon
Stacey 💛
