Unfortunately I am being pushed to make a few changes.
1. Any new clients will be required to pay in full in advance at booking.
2. Any no shows or late cancellation as in same day will be required to make the payment for the treatment in full.

I am a small soul trading business and rely on bookings. This is my main income. Just like all of you I have bills to pay. I use high quality oils, products, crystals to ensure you receive the best quality service.
Please give me a little consideration when it comes to your appointment s.
Please give me plenty of notice (48 hrs preferable) of cancellation or rescheduling.
I am an understanding person and realise life isn't always that easy so please pick up the phone and speak to me about your situation.
