🌿 “Why do you need so many poses?! It's all about the fact that our body is made up of thousands of muscles, hundreds of joints and trillions and trillions of cells. Moreover, the maximum number of cells is held in the brain! Imagine now how important the upturned position yogis of ancient times considered asanas. Although they didn't go into detailed explanations, they could have thought of improving blood circulation to those areas where millions and millions of cells are located, about an organ as important as the brain!! Practicing inverted asanas and not getting any microblood outbursts, but on the contrary, getting peace in all parts of the brain!! »🌟
