Mental Health Awareness Workshop for unpaid Carers….Tuesday 17th February, 10am-1pm at Durham County Carers Support, The Old Methodist Church, Durham Street, Middlestone Moor, Spennymoor, DL16 7AT.

Mental health awareness equips Carers with the knowledge and skills to recognise signs of mental health issues, respond appropriately, and support the person they are looking after. This session includes light refreshments.
It will cover
• Understanding Mental Health
• Supporting Individuals with Poor Mental Health
• Crisis Management
• Carers wellbeing
This session is a bespoke session for Durham County Carers Support delivered by Simon Davidson from Darlington Mind and funded by the Care Academy.
