Not sure my arms are that masculine to make you scream like that poor guy either.. I’m a bit kinder with pressure so it’s not that bad 😧🤣

Sorry everyone it’s been quite a while since I last posted.
Happy New Year and I hope you are all well and you all had a lovely Christmas with loved ones.❤️

My head has been all over the place, I struggled a lot with spreading my Dads ashes in November and Christmas time was tough too as I know it is for a lot of people but I’m back and mentally feeling a lot better 🤩🥰

It’s a rollercoaster being a mum to a nearly 1 year old and nearly 3 year old 🥴😵‍💫🤣 so sorting diaries and answering messages and calls isn’t sometimes as prompt as I would like 🤣 (Thanks for your patience)

I’m still very blessed to be a mum and do this job self employed 11 years later all thanks to you lovely lot 🥰

I thought I’d post some availability for the next couple of weeks.

Massage is great for pain management of those niggles, aches and pains 🙌🏼

💡 Both classical massage and placebo massage (with conventional physiotherapy) reduced pain and disability, and improved mobility compared to pre-treatment. However, only conventional physiotherapy plus classical massage improved QoL in NCLBP patients.

👉🏻 This is from the new paper "Short-term effects of classical massage added to a conventional physiotherapy on non-specific chronic low back Pain: A randomized, placebo-controlled study" by Ucurum et al 2025
