Good morning, I just want to say I am retiring and my last day in group will be this coming Monday 28th October - if you are no longer a member I would love it, as a one off, if you popped in for a cuppa with me….anytime between 8am and 10.30am or 5.30pm and 6.30pm…..whether you are now a member elsewhere or a lapsed member it would be lovely to see you , Sharon ❤️

Well look what arrived today - slimming world kitchen - fresh ingredients delivered to your door - check out the website ‘slimming world kitchen’ for more info 🤩
I’ve made the chilli-loaded wedges with blackened corn - the recipe suggested using only a quarter of the chilli spice mix - note to self a pinch will do next time for me 😂😂….and just look at the food on those plates - portion size is very impressive 👍
